ABOUT ME
I think my first influence was, like, Celine Dion or something, waaay back when I was around 5. But, slightly more recently...BoA, Sweetbox (Jade), and Gackt are big influences on my "style," so to speak. Even more recently, I've been listening to a lot of Miyavi, and the fun way he does things is making me more...eccentric than I was to start with ^.^;; Whenever hear a song, I automatically think, "Would I be able to learn and record this?" And, since I'm always listening to J-music, that is what makes up the vast majority of the songs I do... I think my favorite artist to cover is Gackt because he has so many different types of songs in his repretoire, it's always fun x3 And, Miyavi would have to be the hardest because, well, he's Miyavi. Strange, spazzy, multi-talented Miyavi. O.o; As for my own originals, most of them are never finished. I actually have written about 8 or 9 half-songs, but never finished them, and then they were forgotten or thrown away...My hope is that when I get better with the guitar, it'll be easier for me to write my own originals because I'll have a better knowledge of music. =3
